Focusing on the long-term

Posted on November 15, 2021

I focus on the long-term. Relentlessly.

My goal is not to make money fast. Rather, I aim to make money sustainably and predictably. Its also not just about making money.  I want to grow organically. I deeply want to build a community. The second thing, and that is the benefit of having a long-term vision is that I can aim high. And by high I mean really high. Ventures, founded and build by me wort hundreds of millions. So what counts is patience. What counts is to wake up every day. Excited. And work on the right things with passion.

My ventures align exactly with the long-term focus. They are businesses that solve real problems for real humans. Some business owners do not have the technical skills, do not have the systems and processes in place to fulfill their customers needs. They have a limited know-how on subjects such as conversion rate optimization. Therefore helping them is fulfilling. It is what I set myself out to do. And how I do it is to write blog articles and create videos. It is simple. I push the forum and get people to exchange ideas and collaborate. They will tell me what they want. I just have to listen. A business that can thrive in the digital age.

And therefore I decide to build most of my applications myself.  Because I love the journey. It also means to get the skills to even be able to work on those things. The sooner I get out into the field to validate hypothesis, the better. I use this chance. And I think big. The bolder the better. I have nothing to lose.
